Both programs deliver the full KÅNA curriculum — training, nutrition, neuroscience tools, and community. The Core is a 2-month self-paced experience where you move at your own speed with bi-weekly check-ins. VIP is 3 months with direct 1-on-1 access to Kia, personalized program adjustments throughout, and a dedicated Month 3 integration phase designed to lock in every result you've built.

Gym access is recommended for the full training experience — particularly for the strength and muscle-building phases. However, many of the protocols can be adapted for home training with minimal equipment. Once accepted, we'll assess your setup and make it work for you.

Plan for 4–5 hours per week — this includes training sessions, recovery practices, and implementing the neuroscience and nutrition tools. The self-paced Core program gives you flexibility to fit this into your schedule. VIP members also have 1-on-1 call time factored in.

KÅNA is built for women who are ready to commit — not women who already have it figured out. Whether you're starting from zero or rebuilding after a long break, the program meets you where you are. The VIP program is especially suited for beginners who want more hands-on guidance.

Cohorts are rolling — once your application is approved, you'll be given a start date and payment options. Core is $350 paid in full or 2 × $200. VIP is $1,100 paid in full or 3 × $400. Payment plans are split monthly with no hidden fees.

Our Guarantee

If you apply the program fully and don't see results, we will refund you completely — or work with you for free for an additional 3 months. We stand behind this work unconditionally.

"Applied fully" means completing all workouts, following the nutrition guidance, and engaging with the coaching resources provided throughout the program duration.
